Configuring booking notifications for scheduling links
Any time someone books a meeting using one of your scheduling links (or reschedules/cancels a meeting), we send a notification to you informing you about the activity.
By default, we send notifications to the email address that was designated as the organizer on the calendar event, but we also give you the ability to always route notifications to your primary email address (the one you use to sign in to SavvyCal). These are often the same email address, but sometimes they are different.
For example, suppose you signed up for SavvyCal under pam@fastmail.com
and also connected your work calendar pam@dundermifflin.com
to SavvyCal. If you create a scheduling link that adds events to pam@dundermifflin.com
, we'll default to sending notifications to that address. But if you'd prefer to get notified at your primary address (pam@fastmail.com
), then you can customize that setting.
Customizing notification routing
To customize your notification routing settings, head to Settings > Links and scroll to "Booking Notifications". Then, click the "Send notifications to..." dropdown to change the behavior.
