Disable Zoom waiting rooms

By default, Zoom meeting rooms come with a "waiting room" to prevent unwanted guests from entering your meeting. If you'd prefer to use an auto-generated passcode instead to secure your rooms, head to your Admin > Account Settings on the Zoom website, toggle off the Waiting Room feature, and click the "Lock" button
