Integrating with Zoom

Our first-class Zoom integration allows you to automatically create a scheduled Zoom meeting when someone schedules time on your calendar.

Connecting your Zoom account

To connect your Zoom account to SavvyCal, click on Settings > Integrations in the sidebar, then click Connect on the Zoom app:

Once you've connected your Zoom account, you can select "Zoom" (by clicking the "Add location" button > "Choose a location" dropdown menu) as the conferencing provider on your scheduling links.

Click "Add location".

Click "Choose a location" then select Zoom.

That's it!

When someone uses your scheduling link, SavvyCal will automatically create a scheduled Zoom meeting with a unique meeting ID for that event. We'll include instructions for joining the call in the email confirmation sent to all attendees.

Disconnecting your Zoom account

If you'd like to disconnect your Zoom account from SavvyCal, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Settings > Integrations in the sidebar, then click Disconnect on the Zoom app.
  2. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  3. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the SavvyCal app.
  4. Click the SavvyCal app.
  5. Click Uninstall.
