Optimized availability

Not all time slots are created equal! Optimized availability mode in SavvyCal helps keep the flow of your day in an optimal state. At the moment, we have two optimization preferences: time of day (morning or afternoon) and meeting spacing (clustered).

How to enable optimized availability

To enable optimizations on a scheduling link, open the link editor and then click on the availability setting in the sidebar.

Then, choose "Optimized" in the mode selector.

Finally, configure your preferences under Optimizations.

That's it! With these settings in place, we will first present schedulers with your "optimized" time slots, with the option to show more availability if needed.
