Collective scheduling links
Collective scheduling links allow you to represent the combined availability for you and one (or more) of your teammates. This works great for finding a time that is optimal for all your teammates who need to attend the meeting.
To get started, create a scheduling link from your Scheduling Links page:
Next, click the Attendees section, click "Add an attendee", then choose the teammates/contacts you'd like to include.
By default, we'll only allow people to book time slots that work for you AND any teammates you include on the link. When someone books a time, your teammate will be automatically included on the calendar invite as well. (If you don't have any teammates yet, here's how to get started with teams.)
Adding optional attendees
If you'd like to include a person on the calendar invitation but skip factoring in their availability, you can configure this by clicking on the attendee and enabling Allow booking when they're busy.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer to not allow time slots when the person is busy, but still allow time slots that fall outside of their working hours, you can toggle off Respect their availability preferences.
