Billing

Plans and pricing

SavvyCal has two paid plans, Basic and Premium, and you can set up your account for free. You need a paid plan before people can book from your scheduling links. Both plans are priced per user, and annual billing gets you two months free.

What can I do on the Free plan?

You can sign up, connect your calendars, and set up your scheduling links for free. New links stay inactive until you upgrade, so nobody can book from them yet.

Some things are free for good:

People who book from your links never need a SavvyCal account or a paid plan.

Is there a free trial?

There's no self-serve trial. Instead, every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if SavvyCal isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. If you need to try it with your team first, email support@savvycal.com.

Which plan do I need?

Basic covers what most people need to get booked: unlimited scheduling links, polls, and calendars, team scheduling with round robin and collective links, availability controls, workflows, and integrations.

Premium adds the features that make SavvyCal look like your own brand:

Which plan includes the API?

Every plan, including Free, includes the API, webhooks, and connecting an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT. On the Free plan, your links still can't take bookings until you upgrade.

How much does each seat cost?

Each person who hosts meetings needs a paid seat. That includes the organizer of each link and every host in a round robin pool. You can still invite people without a seat to meetings by email.

A seat is added to your subscription when a teammate accepts your invitation, not when you send it, and removed when they leave your organization. To learn more, see Setting up a team and How organizations work.

Can I mix Basic and Premium seats?

No. Everyone on a subscription is on the same plan.

How much do I save with annual billing?

Annual billing gets you two months free:

  • Basic is $120 per user per year instead of $144.
  • Premium is $200 per user per year instead of $240.

Do you offer nonprofit, education, or student discounts?

Yes. Nonprofits, educators (including independent teachers), and students get 25% off, and it stacks with annual billing. For example, Basic comes to $90 per user per year with both. Email support@savvycal.com with a little about your organization, and we'll apply it.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. For teams of more than 50 users, email support@savvycal.com to ask about volume pricing.

How do I upgrade?

Go to Settings > Billing, choose Basic or Premium, and pick monthly or annual billing. Once you've upgraded, your scheduling links can start taking bookings.

To change plans, update your payment details, or cancel, see Managing your subscription.
